JUCO - New Gen Player profiles & Performance ratings

what is a performance rating?

At New Gen Kicking, we keep detailed weekly records of our athletes' development through a one-of-a-kind performance rating system. This isn't based on opinion — it's built to reflect your skill, character, training habits, lifting consistency, game film, and accuracy. It's a transparent, earned score that tracks your growth over time and holds you accountable to your goals. The best part? You control it. Your rating will rise or fall based on the work you put in week to week. It’s not about where I think you are — it’s a direct reflection of the habits you show and the effort you bring.
